Our Story

Seven decades of
unwavering
hospitality.

Shining Star Lodge No 303 Ibpoe of W has been a steadfast presence on Mission Street in Stamford since 1948. What began as a modest offering has grown into one of the city's most trusted lodging establishments — not through grand marketing, but through consistent, genuine care for every person who walks through our door.

We are not a hotel chain with standardized procedures. We are a local institution rooted in the principle that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable place to rest — regardless of circumstance. Our doors are open to all. No reservation required. No questions that matter.

The Ibpoe of W (Improved Order of Brith) has maintained this lodge as a testament to community service, ensuring that hospitality remains accessible, dignified, and warm.
